Leelavati R. Charantimath Public School/ LCPS CBSE School is founded with an aim to bring quality education and academic facilities to the young minds of Dharwad.
A co-education school for the age group of 2.5-18 years, LCPS boasts a well-designed CBSE curriculum, trained faculty members, and a premium infrastructure. Our school is registered with the reputable ARC Foundation and has been recognized by the Karnataka Board.

Since our inception in 2013, we have catered to the academic needs of several students and led them on the path to success. We are further geared to provide children a holistic environment for their optimum academic and individual growth.

A word from the Management
LCPS has at its foundation the true essence of learning. And to fuel this vision, we are helmed by a strong management board led by Sri Arun Charantimath – Managing Trustee, Founder, and Chairman. With a strong legacy in Dharwad, Mr. Charantimath pledges to bring quality education to the city and thereby transform the lives of young learners.

In his humble words, “Education attains its true meaning only if the educated mind prepares itself to face the day-to-day challenges of life and builds a strong nation.” He believes that holistic education is the key to success and is a journey that is undertaken from infancy to adulthood.

An advocate, educationist, and a life-long learner himself, Mr. Charantimath wills to fulfill his aim to develop students into confident, disciplined, and critical thinkers, keeping in mind value-based education with a global perspective, here at LCPS.

He is further joined at the Board of Trustees by Mrs. Sujata Charantimath and Mr. Bhairav Charantimath, and Mr. G. S. Patil. Together they are committed to serve the society and build a generation of able youngsters that can make the city of Dharwad as well as the whole nation proud.

About ARC Foundation
ARC Foundation is chaired by Advocate and Educator- Sri Arun Charantimath and is built on the ethos of ensuring learning as a commitment to discover the world and one’s own potential – a vision that it meets through LCPS.

Over the years, ARC Foundation has been leading several philanthropic and social initiatives in Dharwad and has come to be known as a beacon of change. Realizing the need to bring quality education to every child as a means to a brighter tomorrow, the first brick at LCPS was laid under its nurturing umbrella.

The Trust, along with the humble academic director, advisors, and the members of the School Managing Committee, are all the pillars of the institution and are geared towards furthering LCPS’s mission of “Enabling and empowering lives.”

Echoing on the words of our learned Chairman Sri Arun Charantimath – “Holistic education is the key to success and is a journey undertaken from infancy to adulthood.”

With a humble endeavor to provide the highest quality of education to the students of Dharwad, LCPS has expert educators on board. Our staff comprises 30 teachers across levels who diligently work towards the holistic progress and wellbeing of our pupils.

Our facilitators are trained to understand the psyche of children and adopt a unique approach in dealing with each student. The core values of LCPS are mirrored in each of our teachers, and we can thereby assure you a well-rounded academic journey for your children.
